Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

 

           You may request a return or exchange if:

·  You received a wrong product.

·  The item was damaged or defective upon delivery (with proof).

·  There is a size mismatch (applicable for kurtis only).

·  The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

·  You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Exchange request after 4 days of receiving the products.
  • Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you had received.
  • Petticoat or any other additional product added at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or tailor-made products that have been made to order with your specifications. (For e.g. Fall and picot addition, Pre Stitching and Custom-made Blouses)
  • Products with missing pieces or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.

§  Handcrafted/handloom products with minor variations (as these are not defects).

§  Discounted/Final sale items.

§  Exchange Option: Available for kurtis only, subject to stock availability.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and returned, no amount will be refunded in this case.

How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at M: 9933818541 or mail us  to request a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [7 days] of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

 

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
